GB 12Cr2MoG Heat Treatments
- For S =< 30mm, normalized at a temperature of 900 to 960°C, tempered at 700 to 750°C;
For S > 30 mm, quenched and tempered or normalized and tempered. Quenching temperature not less than 900°C, tempering temperature 700°C to 750°C; Normalizing temperature 900°C to 960°C, tempering temperature 700°C to 750°C, but rapid cooling after normalizing. - Normalized at 900 - 960°C. Tempered at 700 - 750°C.
