GB H41450 Heat Treatments
- Solution treated:
- Sheets: 1070-1090°C, air cooled;
- Strips: 980±10°C, air or rapid cooling;
Aging:
- Sheets: aged at 730±10°C for 8h, furnace cooled to 620±10°C, hold for 10h, air cooled.
- Strips:
Aging treatment 1: 730±10℃, hold for 8 h, furnace cool to 620±10℃ at a rate of (55±10)℃/h, hold for 8 h, air cool.
Aging treatment 2: 730±10℃, hold for 8 h, cool at any rate to 620±10℃, hold (total aging time not less than 18 h), air cool.
