GJB ZL101 Heat Treatments
- T2: Aging at 290 -310°C for 2- 4h, air or furnace cooling. T4: Solution heat treating at 530 - 540°C for 2 - 6h, cooling in water at 60 -100°C for 25s. Aging at room temperature for max. 24h. T5: Solution heat treating at 530 - 540°C for 2 - 6h, cooling in water at 60 -100°C for 25s. Aging at 145 - 155°C for 3- 5 h, air cooling. T6: Solution heat treating at 530 - 540°C for 2 - 6h, cooling in water at 60 -100°C for 25s. Aging at 195 - 205°C for 3- 5 h, air cooling. T7: Solution heat treating at 530 - 540°C for 2 - 6h, cooling in water at 60 -100°C for 25s. Aging at 220 - 230°C for 3- 5 h, air cooling. T8: Solution heat treating at 530 - 540°C for 2 - 6h, cooling in water at 60 -100°C for 25s. Aging at 245 - 255°C for 3 - 5h, air cooling.
