WL 2.4650 Heat Treatments


  • Intermediate annealing to eliminate strain hardening 1080 ± 10°C, 4 - 15 min, air.
    Precipitation treated (solution heat- treated and artificially aged) (.7)
  • Solution heat treated: 1150 ± 10°C, 0.5 - 2.5 h/water.
    From condition (.1): 800 ± 5°C, 8h/air.
    Soft (with or without straightening or stretching) (.1)
