UNI G-AlCu3FeMgNi Heat Treatments


  • Annealed at 320-360°C for 4-8h; Hardened in hot water (60-100°C) from 520-530°C after preheating for 4-18h; Artificially aged at 150-175°C for 8-20h; Stabilized at 230°C for 2h. Optimal casting range in both sand and permanent mould is 680-760°C.
