CSN AlCu4Mg1Mn Heat Treatments
- Annealing at 330 to 420°C, remaining temperature 1h-6h then cool at 40°C to 60°C per hour to a temperature of 160°C to 200°C, then cooling in air; Solution annealing at 490 to 505°C. After cooling in a water reaches the desired mechanical properties to 5 days at normal temperature 20°C. Cooling water of 20°C to 40°C; Thermoforming at 380 to 470°C;
- Annealing at 330 to 430°C, 1h to 6h then cool at 40°C to 60°C per hour to a temperature of 160°C to 200°C, then cooling in air; Solution annealing at 495 to 515°C and cooling in water of 20°C to 40°C. After cooling in a water reaches the required mechanical properties for five days at normal temperature (20°C); Thermoforming at 380 to 450°C.
