- Hardened and tempered (U): heating within the range 950-1040°C, oil quenching (for De ≤ 30 mm air cooling may be used); + heating within the range 635-685°C, air cooling or faster; + heating within the range 585-615°C, air cooling or faster
- Hardened and tempered: 950°C ≤ θ ≤ 1 040°C/OQ + 635°C ≤ θ ≤ 685°C/AC or faster + 585°C ≤ θ ≤ 615°C/AC or faster
