PROPRIETARY SINOXX 4005 Heat Treatments
- Soft Annealing: Heat to 745-825°C, cool slowly in air. Structure is ferrite.
Hardening: Harden from a temperature of 950-1000°C followed by oil or air quenching.
Tempering temperature: 680-780°C, air. Structure is martensite.
