ASD-STAN FE-PM44 Heat Treatments
- Delivery condition: Softened.
Use condition (Hardened and tempered): Delivery condition then 1040°C ≤ θ ≤ 1060°C / OQ. May be sub-zero treated at -80°C and then Temper θ ≥ 140°C.
Optional test (Hardened and tempered): 1050°C ± 10°C / OQ. Sub-zero to -80°C then Temper 150°C ± 5°C. - Delivery condition (Softened).
Use condition (Hardened and tempered): Delivery condition + 1040 ≤ θ ≤ 1060°C / OQ (may be sub-zero treated at -80°C) + tempered θ ≥ 140°C.
