ASD-STAN FE-PA2601 Heat Treatments
- Delivery condition:
Solution treated and descaled at θ = 980°C ± 10°C / t ≥ 1 h / OQ or WQ;
Solution treated and precipitation treated at θ = 980°C ± 10°C / t ≥ 1 h / OQ or WQ + θ = 720°C ± 10°C (Heating from θ = 550°C to θ = 710°C in t ≥ 1 h) / t = 16 h / AC;
Use condition:
Solution treated and precipitation treated at θ = 980°C ± 10°C / t ≥ 1 h / OQ or WQ + θ = 720°C ± 10°C (Heating from θ = 550° to θ = 710°C in t ≥ 1 h) / t = 16 h / AC; - Solution treated and descaled:
Heated at 900°C ± 10°C for min 1 h, oil quenched or water quenched.
Solution treated and precipitation treated:
Heated at 900°C ± 10°C for min 1 h, oil quenched or water quenched + heated at 720°C ± 10°C, for 16 h, air cooled.
