ASD-STAN FE-PM66 Heat Treatments
- Delivery condition:
Solution annealed and primary hardened at 1000 ≤ θ ≤ 1050°C / t ≥ 30 min / air quenched θ ≤ 30°C + 750 ≤ θ ≤ 850°C / t = 2 h / air cooled θ ≤ 30°C;
Solution annealed, primary hardened and precipitation hardened at 1000 ≤ θ ≤ 1050°C / t ≥ 30 min / air quenched θ ≤ 30°C + 750 ≤ θ ≤ 850°C / t = 2 h / air cooled θ ≤ 30°C + 440 ≤ θ ≤ 460°C / t = 2 h / air cooled;
Use condition:
Solution annealed, primary hardened and precipitation hardened at Delivery condition + 440 ≤ θ ≤ 460°C / t = 2 h / air cooled; - Delivery condition:
Solution annealed and primary hardened at 1000 ≤ θ ≤ 1050°C / t ≥ 30 min / air quenched θ ≤ 30°C + 750 ≤ θ ≤ 850°C / t = 2 h / air cooled θ ≤ 30°C;
