EN 1.4534 Heat Treatments
- Solution annealed (delivery condition): 925°C; ≥ 30 minutes; air cooled or oil quenched.
Solution annealed and precipitation hardened (delivery condition): 925°C; ≥ 30 minutes; air cooled or oil quenched; 530 ≤ t ≤ 550°C; for 4 hours; air cooled.
Solution annealed and precipitation hardened (use condition): 530 ≤ t ≤ 550°C; for 4 hours; air cooled. - Solution treated: 900°C ≤ θ ≤ 950°C/t ≥ 30 min/AC, OQ, WQ or PQ + cool to θ ≤ 15°C
Solution treated and precipitation treated: 900°C ≤ θ ≤ 950°C/t ≥ 30 min/AC, OQ, WQ or PQ + cool to θ ≤ 15°C + 550°C ≤ θ ≤ 570°C/t = 4 h/AC or WQ
