  • Solution heat-treated and quenched: Solution annealing (925 +/- 15) °C / air or oil <16°C; Quenched and tempered or precipitation treated to lower strength: Solution heat-treated and quenched (550-570°C 4h/air normaly aged; Quenched and tempered or precipitation treated: Solution heat-treated and quenched (530-550°C 4h/air normaly aged; Quenched and tempered or precipitation treated to higher strength: Solution heat-treated and quenched (500-520°C 4h/air normaly aged;
  • Solution heat-treated: (925 ± 15)°C/air, oil or water < 16°C
    Precipitation heat treated: 530 °C to 550 °C 4 h/air (Lower strength - 550°C to 570°C 4 h/air; Higher strength - 500°C to 520°C 4 h/air)
