NB 04Cr13Ni4Mo Heat Treatments
- Heat treatment process at 950°C to 1080°C range of temperature within a certain period of time after the oil quenching, and then at a temperature higher than 580°C, tempering. Heat treatment temperature holding furnace temperature difference should be maintained at 15°C.
- Heat treatment:
Temperature between 950°C - 1080°C, holding a certain period of time without oil quenching.
Tempering: temperature should be greater than 580°C.
After one or more stabilization heat treatments, the treatment temperature should be below the tempering temperature.
