DIN FE-PL31 Heat Treatments
- Hardened and tempered:
830°C <= θ <= 870 °C/OQ
Then temper 150°C <= θ <= 190°C
Optional test for disc, a=10mm, HRC<=61 and HV<=740, hardened and tempered:
830°C+/-10°C/OQ
Then temper 180°C+/-5°C. - Hardened and tempered:
830°C = θ = 870 °C/OQ
Then temper 150°C = θ = 190°C
Optional test for disc, a=10mm, HRC<=61 and HV<=740, hardened and tempered:
830°C+/-10°C/OQ
Then temper 180°C+/-5°C.
