ASME 1.4606 Heat Treatments
- Hot working (air, oil or water cooling): 1100-950°C
+AT - Solution annealing (water or oil cooling): 970-990°C (Not suitable for direct application, prompt precipitation hardening after solution annealing is recommended to avoid cracking)
+P880 (water or oil cooling): 970-990°C; Precipitation hardening (air cooling): 720°C (16 hours).
