- Hot-forming at 1100 to 900°C.
Normalizing at 840°C, air.
Core hardening at 820 to 850°C, oil, polymer, salt bath.
Carburizing at 870 to 900°C.
Hardening carburizing surf. at 780 to 810°C, oil, polymer, salt bath.
Tempering at 150 to 200°C.
Soft annealing at 680°C, air.
Isothermal annealing at 810°C, furnace cooling to 620°C, tha air.
End quench hardenability at 850°C, water.
Mechanical properties at different tempering temperatures obtained after quenching at 840°C in oil.
