- Hot-forming at 1250 to 950°C.
Soft annealing at 690°C, air.
Carburizing at 880 to 980°C.
Hardening on carburized surface, 770 to 810°C, water/oil/polymer.
Stress-relieving at 180 to 200°C.
Normalizing at 900°C, air.
Direct hardening at 880°C, water or 890°C oil or polymer.
Stress relieving (+SR) at 150 to 200°C, furnace cooling.
- Hot forgings deformation: 950-1250°C
Normalizing: 890-920°C
Soft annealing: 650-700°C
Carburizing temperature: 880-980°C
Core-hardening temperature: 890-910°C
Case-hardening temperature: 780-820°C
Tempering: 150-200°C
