PROPRIETARY Pyrodur 4718 Heat Treatments
- Annealing (+A) at 780 to 820°C, cooling in air, water;
Stress relieving (+SR) at 650°C, cooling in air;
Tempering (+QT): Quenching at 1000 to 1050°C, cooling in oil, air. Tempering at 720 to 820°C and cooling at air or water.
