TU 20-PV Heat Treatments
- Normalization of 920 - 950°C is allowed with normalize accelerated sprayer or fan cooling. Allowed the normalization of the hot-deformed pipes with rolling heating. Temperature of end of rolling must not be below the temperature normalization. In the case of rapid-heating allowed the temperature rise of normalization to 1050°C. Can be conducted after normalization, high-temperature tempering. For hot-pressed tubes produced from continuously cast billets, normalization is performed with a separate heating.
- Normalized at 920 - 990°C.
