GB 30CrNiMo Heat Treatments
- Hardening: heating at 850°C, cooling in oil; Tempering at 500°C, cooling in water or oil.
- For d = 25 mm: Quenched at 850°C (±20°C), oil quenched. Tempered at 500°C (±50°C), water or oil quenched.
For d = 100 mm: Normalized at 880°C (±20°C). Quenched at 870°C (±20°C), oil quenched. Tempered at 540°C (±50°C), water or oil quenched.
