AFNOR NF 1.4534 Heat Treatments
- AT - Solutionize: 920-940°C, cool in oil, air or water; P930 - Solutionize: 920-940°C, cool in oil, air or water; precipitate: 620°C, 4 hours and air cool; P1500 - Solutionize: 920-940°C, cool in oil, air or water; precipitate: 510°C, 4 hours and air cool.
- Solution annealed (delivery condition): 925°C; ≥ 30 minutes; air cooled or oil quenched.
Solution annealed and precipitation hardened (delivery condition): 925°C; ≥ 30 minutes; air cooled or oil quenched; 530 ≤ t ≤ 550°C; for 4 hours; air cooled.
Solution annealed and precipitation hardened (use condition): 530 ≤ t ≤ 550°C; for 4 hours; air cooled.
