VdTÜV X10NiCrAlTi 32-20 H Heat Treatments
- Solution annealed at 1150°C to 1200°C, cooled in water or air. Recommended holding period:
for t / d < 10 mm, 5-20 min
for 10 ≤ t / d < 25 mm, 30-60 min
for 25 ≤ t / d < 50 mm, 1-2 h
for 50 ≤ t / d < 100 mm, 2-3 h
for 100 ≤ t / d < 250 mm, 3-5 h.
The material can be cold formed and hot formed
The hot forming temperature for deformation rate ≥ 5% is 1200°C to 950°C, for deformation rate < 5% is 1050°C to 850°C
After hot forming and after cold forming with deformation rate > 10%, regular heat treatment is required.
