B.S. S 163D Heat Treatments
- Material shall be supplied in one of the following conditions: 600<= θ <=650°C;/910<= θ <=930°C; oil quench, air cool θ <= -70°C (min. 2 hours); cooling rate between -40°C and -70°C shall not exceed 25°C per hour. Tempering: θ >= 300°C;
