Heat Treatments
- Softened, cold worked and ground: 900°C/ t = 1 h/ air cooled or faster + 15% ≤ cold worked ≤ 25% at 870°C + ground.<br />Precipitation treated: 720°C/ t = 16 h/ air cooled.
- Solution heat treated by heating to 900 °C ± 10, holding at heat for not less than one hour, than air colling or faster. Precipitation heat treat by heating to 720°C +/-10°C, holding at heat for not less than 16 hours and cooling in the air.
