- Annealed: Heated to 675°C; Slowly cooled.
Quenched and tempered (I): Oil quenched from 825-850°C; Tempered at 200°C.
Quenched and tempered (II): Oil quenched from 825-850°C; Tempered at 625°C.
Hardened: Heated to 825-850°C; Oil quenched.
Tempered: Depending on properties required.
