PROPRIETARY EPM2 Heat Treatments
- Soft annealed: 670-710°C, furnace cooled (HB ≤ 217)
Stress relief annealed: 600-650°C, furnace cooled
Hardened:
- Carburized: 870-950°C
- Intermediate annealed: 620-650°C
- Austenitizing temperature: 810-840°C
- Cooled: oil or hot bath 180-220°C
