- Solutionizing: 1020 - 1060°C, rapid cooling. Precipitation hardening: H900: After solutionizing, 470°C - 490°C, air cooling. H1025: After solutionizing, 540°C - 560°C, air cooling. H1075: After solutionizing, 570°C - 590°C, air cooling. H1150: After solutionizing, 610°C - 630°C, air cooling.
