- Carburized: 880-920°C; Softened: 650-660°C, air or furnace cooled; Double quenched (core): 850-880°C; Double quenched (case): 780-820°C; Single quenched: 800-830°C; Tempered: 180-200°C
- Quenched: 870°C ±5°C. Carburized: 890-940°C. Direct and single hardened: 810-840°C. Core hardened: 830-870°C. Case hardened: 780-820°C. Quenching media: oil, thermal bath, poly quench. Tempered: 180-220°C.
