- Hot forging (+U): 800 - 1100°C, air cool
Normalizing (+N): 880 - 910°C, air cool
Spheroidize annealing (+SA): RT - 810°C / 1 h, air cool; 810°C / 2 h, air cool; 810 - 740°C / 1 h, air cool; 740 - 650°C / 10 h, air cool
Stress relieve annealing (+SRA): 550 - 650°C / 2 h, air cool
Martensitic quenching (+Q): 830 - 870°C / 20 - 60 min, oil quench (tempering within 2h)
Tempering: 160 - 500°C, air cool
