- Stress relieving: after rough-machining, heating to 500°C, holding at temperature, furnace cooling to 400°C then cooling in air; Hardening: preheating at 600-650°C, austenitization at 840-870°C, oil-quenching; Tempering: heating to 550-650°C, holding at temperature.
