PROPRIETARY THYROPLAST 2312 Heat Treatments
- Soft annealing at 710 - 740°C, furnace cooling. Stress-relief annealing at approx. 600°C or stress-relief annealing (quenched and tempered) at approx. 30 - 50°C under tempering temperature, furnace cooling. Hardening at 840 - 870°C, oil or saltbath quenching at 180-220°C. Tempering at 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 or 700°C.
