PROPRIETARY THYRODUR 2550 Heat Treatments
- Soft annealing at 710 - 750°C, furnace cooling. Stress-relief annealing at approx. 650°C, furnace cooling. Hardening at 870 - 900°C, oil or saltbath quenching at 180 - 220°C. Tempering at 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 or 600°C.
