PROPRIETARY THYRODUR 2080 Heat Treatments
- Soft annealing at 800 - 840°C, furnace cooling. Stress-relief annealing at approx. 650 - 700°C, furnace cooling. Hardening at 930 - 960°C, oil quenching or hardening at 950 - 980°C, air quenching. Tempering at 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 or 600°C.
