ISO 13CrMo4-5 Heat Treatments
- Normalizing at 890°C.
Quenching to 950°C.
Tempering at 630 to 730°C. When tempering, the specified temperatures shall, when they have been attained over the whole cross-section, be maintained for an appropriate time. - Austenitizing temperature: 900 - 960°C; Cooling medium: Air;
Tempering temperature: 660 - 730°C; Cooling medium: Air
