ASME SA-638 Grade 662 Heat Treatments
- Solution treatment: 955 - 1040°C (1750 - 1900°F), hold for 1 h, min, oil or water quench.
Precipitation hardening treatment: 675 - 760°C (1250 - 1400°F) hold 5 h, min, slow cooling in 5 h, min to 650 ± 10°C (1200 ± 15°F), hold 20 h, min, air cool or furnace cool.
