GOST 30HMA Heat Treatments
- Normalized: 880°C, oil quenched;
Tempered: 540°C; water or oil quenched.
Normalization could be (as requested): ± 15°C and tempering could be (as requested): ± 50°C. - Quenching or normalizing at 850°- 880°C and cooling in the water or oil; Tempering at 660°- 680°C and cooling in the water or oil.
