  • Cementation process at 880 to 930°C
    Hardening (core) at 850 to 880°C, oil quenching
    Hardening (surface) at 810 to 840°C, oil quenching
    Tempering at 150 to 200°C.
    Tempering for Jominy test at 880 ± 5°C
  • Conditions given as a guide.
    Carburazing treatment:
    Carburizing: 880-930°C;
    Through hardening: 850-880°C;
    Hardening of carburized surface: 810-840°C;
    Tempering: 150-200°C.
    Hardening medium: oil.
