- (+N) Normalized, (+NT) Normalized and tempered: Austenitized or solution annealed at 880-940°C, cooled in air, Tempered at 580-640°C, cooled in air.
- Normalized (+N) or Normalized and tempered (+NT): Austenitizing at 880 to 940°C and air cooling; Tempering at 580 to 640°C and air cooling.
