DIN X22CrMoV12-1 Heat Treatments
- (+QT1) Quenched: 1020-1070°C, cooled in air, oil or water; Tempered: 680-740°C (min 2h).
(+QT2) Quenched: 1020-1070°C, cooled in air, oil or water; Tempered: 660-720°C (min 2h). - Hot forming: 1100-850°C;
Hardening, quenching or solution annealing (cooling in oil or air): 1020-1070°C;
Tempering or age hardening or precipitation hardening: 640-720°C; min. 2h
Stress relieving annealing: 600-680°C.
