GB 2Cr12MoV Heat Treatments
- Annealing at 880 - 930°C, slow cooling; Hot tempering 750 - 770°C, air cooling; Hardened and tempered (I): Hardening at 1020 - 1070°C, cooling in oil; Tempering at 650°C, cooling in air; Hardened and tempered (II): Hardening at 1020 - 1050°C, cooling in oil; Tempering at 700 - 750°C, cooling in air;
- Liquid quenched and tempered (I): Quenching at 1020 - 1070°C / oil cooling; tempering at >= 650°C / air cooling. Annealing at 880 - 930°C/slow cooling; hot tempering 750-770°C/rapid cooling. Liquid quenched and tempered (II): Quenching at 1020 - 1050°C / oil cooling; tempering at 700 - 750°C / air cooling. Annealing at 880 - 930°C/slow cooling; hot tempering 750-770°C/rapid cooling.
