B.S. 2B Heat Treatments
- The heat treatment shall be either heat treatment No. 1 or heat treatment No. 2:
Heat treatment 1: Heat treated at 275 ± 25°C for 8-16h, air or furnace cooled.
Heat treatment 2: Heat treated at 450 ± 25°C for 4-6h, air or furnace cooled. Then, heat treated at 275 ± 25°C for 8-16h air or furnace cooled.
