ISO JN/HBW510Cr2 Heat Treatments
- Heat treatment at 250 °C to 300 °C for 8 h to 16 h followed by air or furnace cooling. For improved resistance to repeated impact, castings can be tempered at the higher temperature of 425 °C to 475 °C, and then heat treatment at 250 °C to 300 °C for 8 h to 16 h followed by air or furnace cooling.
