Lloyds LR Type 550 热处理
- 铸件应以淬火和回火热处理状态供应。铸件在加热进行水淬或喷淬和回火之前，应根据需要进行适当的精炼处理。制造商应确定详细的热处理工艺，以生产符合本规范要求的铸件。应选择合适的奥氏体化温度，不超过 955°C。
回火处理应在 600°C - 675°C 的温度范围内进行。从回火温度进行水淬是强制性的。必要时，允许进行双重回火。单次回火的限制规定同样适用于双重回火。 - Large and complex forgings may be rough (semi-finished) machined prior to heat treatment. Semi-finished machining reduces the effective cross section and prevents quench cracking. All heat treatment operations are to be carried out using properly constructed furnaces. Austenitizing temperature is not to exceed 950°C. The tempering treatment is to be carried out within a temperature range of 600°C to 675°C. Water quenching from the tempering temperature is mandatory. Double tempering is permitted. Any restrictions specified for single tempering also apply to double tempering. When additional stress relief after primary heat treatment is specified by the purchaser or project authority, it is to be carried out at least 30°C below the final tempering temperature, but not less than 570°C. Water quenching from stress relief temperature is mandatory.
