GB H21500 Heat Treatments
- Heat treated: (1040-1060°C, air cooled) + (750±10°C, 16-24h, air cooled)
- Heat treatment 1: Heat treated at 1040°C, 10min, air cooled. Heat treated at 750°C, 16h, air cooled. Heat treatment 2: Heat treated at 1120°C, 10min, air cooled. Heat treated at 800°C, 8 - 16h, air cooled. Heat treatment 3: Heat treated at 1000 - 1050°C, water or air cooled. Heat treated at 780 - 820°C, 5h, air cooled. Heat treated at 650 - 700°C, 10 - 16h, air cooled. Heat treatment 4: Heat treated at 1080°C, 2 - 3h, oil cooled. Heat treated at 780°C, 5h and at 650°C, 16h. Heat treatment 5: Heat treated at 1000°C, 2 - 3h, oil cooled. Heat treated at 760 - 780°C, 5h, air cooled and at 650°C, 16h, air cooled. Heat treatment 6: Heat treated at 1000 - 1080°C, 3h, oil cooled. Heat treated at 780 - 830°C, 5h and at 720°C, 16h. Heat treatment 7: Heat treated at 1060°C, air cooled.
