PROPRIETARY Aluminium Bronze Select Heat Treatments
- Cold spraying: at 550°C and 30 bar at a fast printing speed using PHASER.
Heat treatment: We recommend that this material is loaded at 400°C for 1 hour followed by an air cool. The part is then hot loaded and homogenized at 1000°C for 14 hours, furnace cooled to 900°C for 2.5 hours for solutionising and then soluble oil water quenched.
