PROPRIETARY Aluminium 6061 Heat Treatments
- Cold spraying: at 570ºC and 30 bar using PHASER.
Heat treatment: We recommend that this material is hot loaded and sintered at 610ºC for 5 hours. Then, furnace cooled to 530ºC for 1 hour for solution treatment, before being quenched and artificially aged at 150ºC for 1.5 hours.
