ASME SB-637 N09925 Heat Treatments
- Recommended solution treatment: 996 to 1024°C (1825 to 1875°F), hold 1⁄2 min, and 4 h max, cool at rate equivalent to air cool or faster.
Precipitation hardening treatment: 740 ± 14°C (1365 ± 25°F), hold at temperature for 6 to 9 hr, furnace cool to 621 ± 14°C (1150 ± 25°F), hold until total precipitation heat treatment time has reached 18 h, air cool or faster.
