ASD-STAN AL-P7050 Heat Treatments
- T74: Solution treated at 470 ≤ θ ≤ 485°C, water quenched, θ ≤ 80°C; artificially aged at 105 ≤ θ ≤ 125°C, 18 ≤ t ≤ 24 h; artificially aged at 172 ≤ θ ≤ 182°C, 6 ≤ t ≤ 16 h.
The use of quench additives or higher quenchant temperature shall be subject to agreement between manufacturer and purchaser. - T7452: 470°C ≤ θ ≤ 480°C/ WQ θ ≤ 80°C (the use of quench additives or higher quenchant temperature shall be subject to agreement between) 1% ≤ cold compressed ≤ 5% + 105°C ≤ θ ≤ 127°C/ 3h ≤ t ≤ 24h + 171°C ≤ θ ≤ 183°C/ 6h ≤ t ≤ 16h
