ASD-STAN TI-C64001 Heat Treatments
- Hot isostatic pressed
Pressure ≥ 100 MPa
880°C ≤ θ ≤ 930°C / t ≥ 2 h
If a cooling rate ≥ 150°C / h or a repair welding after hot isostatic pressing is applied, annealing shall be performed as follows:
690°C ≤ θ ≤ 840°C / 1 h ≤ t ≤ 4 h in vacuum or inert atmosphere/cooled in the furnace to 500°C / AC.
